Megan Walsh
Megan Walsh is a licensed trauma therapist, holistic trauma coach, podcast host & ultimate “good girl” who is based outside of Chicago, IL with her husband and young son. She has spent over a decade of work as a licensed psychotherapist, diving deep into trauma-informed practices, inner child work, attachment theory, and nervous system healing.
Megan has supported hundreds of women through profound transformation. She is now well known as @connectwithmegan, a leading trauma therapist with “compassionate big sister energy” who uniquely exudes the compassion, relatability and warmth needed for individuals to feel safe stepping into such deep, vulnerable inner work.
Megan graduated with her master's degree in music psychotherapy from New York University in 2014. She has completed advanced training in psychoanalysis and is now a certified analytical music therapy practitioner. Megan owns her own private psychotherapy practice and has expanded her offerings to include intensive group trauma-healing programs, courses, and individual holistic trauma coaching for clients worldwide.
