Randy Blythe is a writer, photographer, actor, and musician best known for fronting the metal band Lamb of God. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his wife Cindy and their cat, Salad. His memoir, Dark Days, was published in 2016. His forthcoming memoir JUST BEYOND THE LIGHT will publish with Hachette in February 2025.
